This basic shed, being only 6' x 4', is the smallest in this range yet offers handy, low-cost compact storage - ideal where space is at a premium. This apex model is supplied complete with a 1.62m high x 0.67m wide single door, secured with a hasp & staple (padlock not supplied). Key Larchlap benefits include free dip-treatment, pressure treated floor joists and a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee. Specifications include Stirling board (OSB, similar to chipboard) to the roof and floor, with 125 x 8mm cladding upon a 28 x 28mm framing to the walls - formed from FSC European Softwood. Glazing is 1.5mm safety styrene, to the fixed window. This Larchlap overlap shed is factory-made in a traditional way, by overlaying square cut timber boards and nailing them into place. This method of construction results in an economical garden building with a charming rustic appearance, that can be enhanced by imaginative use of coloured wood preserver. Supplied pre-dipped in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which needs to be refreshed after assembly and annually thereafter.
