Each log is Double Tongue and Groove and features a conical profile that allows the logs to actually click into place creating greater stability and resistance to movement over time. The wall and gable logs are chamfered to match the angle of the roof making a tight seal against the elements. The window and door furniture all conform to German DIN standards so you can be assured of the quality. Built to your Specific Requirements. This log cabin can be manufactured to your own requirements because it is made to order. The overall size can be extended or reduced, The wall logs can be upgraded to 58, 79 or even 115mm thick and Interior walls can be included. Lugarde Prima Fifth Avenue Duo Maxi XL Studio Summerhouse with double glazing, roof and floor insulation. This building can easily be used as a practical home studio with handy garden store. The work area provides a space of 3.6 x 3.6m (11'8x11'8) whilst the dependent room at the back, with its own external access, can be used as a storage shed or archive area. The 44mm solid log walls gives great natural insulation with the added benefit of double glazing, a 19mm T&G floor and insulation to create a warm, dry interior perfect for a studio area in the corner of your home or garden.

This building includes a and features two double glazed casement windows and one double door. The summerhouse also comes with floor and roof insulation, both kits are incorporated into the building during installation and do not interfere with the natural log walls or open pyramid roof. All these aspects makes the building ideal for use as a home office.

Please Note: These buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed. We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid, stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on, this base needs to be completely level.
