If you're looking for a basic no frills storage solution upon a limited budget, then this is the model for you! This 8' x 6' wooden garden shed offers fantastic value and is one of the cheapest of its kind available today. The spacious interior allows for maximum storage and the apex roof means that taller items can be stored and accessed without difficulty. The CRUNCH BUSTER Overlap Apex garden shed has no windows to help keep the manufacturing costs down, however this feature provides additional security as your items cannot be seen from the outside. Traditional overlap cladding provides a stable build that sufficiently keeps your tools and garden items dry and secure. Solid sheet flooring and roofing offer a sturdy and strong basis to the shed that will have it standing for many years. Even with costs controlled, this shed is still supplied with a factory basecoat timber treatment, but we recommend that you treat the shed yourself within 8 weeks (and annually) for added durability. Designed to keep costs down, this model has an eaves height of 5'1; great for simple storage usage. The CRUNCH BUSTER Overlap Apex Shed is supplied complete with a 1.61m (5'3) high x 750mm (2'5) wide single door, secured with a button catch. Specifications include solid sheet boarding to the roof and floor, with 8mm overlap cladding upon a 27 x 32mm framing to the walls. In common with other Yardmaster models, the GEYZ has hot-dipped galvanised steel cladding painted inside and out, of which has a manufacturers 12 year guarantee against rust penetration. This model now includes zinc finish (silver) doors, gables and roof, however the GEYZ is the only Yardmaster building offering a dark green painted wall cladding. The lockable double sliding doors are fitted on the inside for a neater design and security. Other features include Stainless steel rust-free screws, plus an anchor kit for fixing down the building to your base or paved area. These buildings are supplied without a floor, as by design fixing down to a solid surface (concrete, paved or timber base area) is recommended. The roof of all GEYZ models is fully metal clad (image shows translucent sheet in error). Screwed self assembly only. IMPORTANT!!! MAIN PRODUCT SIZE IS TO THE MAXIMUM AT ROOF LEVEL. This basic shed, being only 6' x 4', is the smallest in this range yet offers handy, low-cost compact storage - ideal where space is at a premium. This apex model is supplied complete with a 1.62m high x 0.67m wide single door, secured with a hasp & staple (padlock not supplied). Key Larchlap benefits include free dip-treatment, pressure treated floor joists and a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee. Specifications include Stirling board (OSB, similar to chipboard) to the roof and floor, with 125 x 8mm cladding upon a 28 x 28mm framing to the walls - formed from FSC European Softwood. Glazing is 1.5mm safety styrene, to the fixed window. This Larchlap overlap shed is factory-made in a traditional way, by overlaying square cut timber boards and nailing them into place. This method of construction results in an economical garden building with a charming rustic appearance, that can be enhanced by imaginative use of coloured wood preserver. Supplied pre-dipped in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which needs to be refreshed after assembly and annually thereafter.
